Mel Hordynski grew up in Redlands, CA, before attending University of California, Santa Barbara where she studied communication. She received her master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Portland State University and has worked as a speech-language pathologist since 2020. 

With experience working with children and adults across a variety of settings—including schools, hospitals and clinics—she is passionate about helping others develop confident and effective communication skills.
